About the role:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Partner Development Specialist with a focus on outreach and outbound lead generation to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing targeted outreach strategies to engage with potential leads, build relationships, and generate Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) for our sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct research to identify and qualify potential leads, prospects, and target accounts that fit our ideal customer profile
- Develop and execute outbound outreach campaigns via email, phone, social media, and other channels to engage with prospects and initiate conversations
- Create personalized outreach messages, email templates, and follow-up sequences to effectively communicate our value proposition and nurture relationships with prospects
- Leverage content assets such as blog posts, case studies, ebooks, and webinars to provide valuable insights and resources to prospects during outreach efforts
- Leverage leads and contacts from inbound marketing activities
- Utilize sales engagement platforms and outreach automation tools to streamline outreach workflows, track interactions, and manage follow-up tasks
- Collaborate with sales teams to align on target accounts, messaging strategies, and lead handoff processes, ensuring a seamless transition from outbound prospecting to sales engagement
- Monitor and analyze outreach performance metrics, including open rates, response rates, and conversion rates, to assess campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
- Continuously optimize outreach strategies and tactics based on data-driven insights, best practices, and feedback from sales teams to maximize lead generation and conversion rates
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in outbound lead generation to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve
- Support other marketing initiatives and projects as needed, including content creation, event promotion, and partnership activities
- Manage and update lead activity in the CRM system
What are we looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 3-4 years of experience in outbound marketing, lead generation, or sales development roles
- Understanding of outbound prospecting principles, email outreach best practices, and lead qualification criteria
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling outreach messages and engage prospects in meaningful conversations
- Experience with outreach automation tools and sales engagement platforms
- Experience with CRM system
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, measure campaign performance, and optimize strategies for maximum impact
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding outreach and lead-generation targets
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple outreach campaigns and prioritize tasks effectively
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and other teams to achieve common goals
- Advanced English level
