Responsibilities:
- Administer, configure, and optimize Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Design and implement declarative solutions (Flows, Custom Objects, Page Layouts, Record Types, etc.) to address complex challenges effectively
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for system enhancements and new features
- Manage end-to-end client project requirements, from grooming and solution design to testing, deployment, and documentation
- Perform data management tasks, including data migration, cleansing, and maintenance
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and workflows to support client business operations
- Provide best practice recommendations for system scalability and maintenance
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring user satisfaction and platform stability
- Ensure Salesforce security and compliance configurations align with client and regulatory standards
- Continuously monitor new Salesforce features and recommend enhancements
What are we looking for?
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator and Developer with proven expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Strong understanding of Salesforce declarative tools (Flows, Validation Rules, Sharing and Visibility, etc.) and configuration best practices
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable solutions using declarative methods before leveraging code
- Proficiency with Salesforce customization, including fields, objects, record types, and page layouts, and development concepts (Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components)
- Strong knowledge of data management best practices within Salesforce
- Excellent communication, problem-solving skills
- Salesforce Certifications are a plus
- Proven track record of delivering successful Salesforce projects for clients end-to-end (nice-to-have
