About the role:
We are looking for a highly skilled Marketer with a deep understanding of marketing automation platforms, specifically Salesforce Marketing Cloud, along with experience in other platforms like HubSpot, Klaviyo, or Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot). This role will focus on the end-to-end implementation of marketing journeys, automation triggers, and segmentation within our marketing automation tool/s. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of Sales Cloud CRM as the data source of truth, and the ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders to ensure marketing strategies are executed flawlessly.
Responsibilities:
- Journey & Trigger Implementation: Design, implement, and optimize customer journeys and automation workflows across various platforms, leveraging data from Sales Cloud CRM to trigger actions, segments, and personalized communication at scale (multiple communication channels)
- Segmentation: Develop and implement dynamic audience segmentation
strategies based on customer data from Sales Cloud CRM to ensure targeted, personalized, and impactful marketing campaigns - Campaign Optimization: Continuously analyze, test, and optimize automated campaigns to improve engagement, conversion rates, and overall marketing performance
- Data Management: Ensure data accuracy and integrity by maintaining a clear understanding of the data flow between the marketing platform/s and the CRM system, troubleshooting any discrepancies and ensuring data is actionable and up-to-date
- Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with main Stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into marketing automation strategies. Effectively communicate project status, issues, and results
- Reporting & Analytics: Provide regular reporting on campaign performance and automation workflows. Analyze key metrics, interpret data, and present insights to help drive continuous improvement
What are we looking for?
- Proven experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (essential), and experience with HubSpot, Klaviyo, MC Account Engagement or other similar platforms.
- Solid understanding of Sales Cloud CRM and how marketing automation platforms integrate with CRM data
- Strong expertise in implementing and managing journeys, triggers, and automated workflows in a marketing automation environment
- Proficiency in audience segmentation and leveraging data for personalized marketing campaigns
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently to implement marketing solutions
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Familiarity with email marketing best practices, deliverability, and A/B testing
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams
- Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications are a plus
- Familiarity with integration tools and APIs for connecting marketing automation platforms to other systems is a plus
- Previous experience in a fast-paced, agile environment with a focus on digital marketing and automation
